Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Fitgrill. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fitgrill.fit, your purchases of meal prep products, your participation in our loyalty program, and your communications with us, including text messages. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Fitgrill is a brand of J&R Universal Investments LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 2900 Buddy Owens, Suite B, McAllen, TX 78504.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place orders, enroll in our loyalty program, or consent to receive text messages from us.
2. Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
- Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
- Meal availability and menu items may change based on inventory and seasonality.
3. Pickup, Delivery, and Food Safety
- You are responsible for picking up orders or being available for delivery at the agreed time and location.
- For food safety, refrigerate meals promptly upon receipt and follow any heating or storage instructions provided.
- Fitgrill is not responsible for food quality issues caused by improper storage or handling after the order has been received.
4. Allergens and Dietary Information
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any meal is free from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before ordering.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our meals are prepared fresh, refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or report an issue with your order, contact us at fitgrillrgv@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Loyalty Program
- Loyalty points are earned and redeemed according to the rules posted in the program at the time of your visit or purchase.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, with notice where required by law.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Fitgrill, including marketing messages (promotions, new menu items, special offers) and customer support communications.
How to opt in. You can opt in by enrolling in our loyalty program through our point-of-sale system, by submitting your mobile number through a Fitgrill sign-up form, or by texting us a keyword we provide. Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotions.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Fitgrill is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on fitgrill.fit and in our marketing materials, including logos, text, images, and recipes, is owned by or licensed to J&R Universal Investments LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitgrill disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our meals are not designed or marketed as medical or therapeutic products. Consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitgrill and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to Fitgrill in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fitgrill and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
